Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Turner has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry primarily in senior leadership roles for international engineering and construction firms.  Project experience includes cryogenic gas processing, gas treating, fractionation, LNG liquefaction and regasification, cogeneration, refinery, chemical and petrochemical facilities.  His primarily experience is in international projects located in the Americas, Middle East and Asia.

At Brown & Root Mr. Turner was based in the international projects division and was based in Caracas, Venezuela for three years as Vice President and General Manager of Venezuelan operation.  During his tenure the company successfully delivered an 800 MMSCFD cryogenic gas processing facility that included NGL recovery, pipelines, refrigerated storage, marine terminal and power generation.  He later served as Executive Vice President and Board Member for Fish Engineering & Construction and President of KTI Fish.  He was Vice President of Downstream Operations for KBR and responsible for worldwide sales and marketing for the Downstream Business Unit.  He also served in a leadership role as CB&I heavily involved in LNG liquefaction and regasification.

Mr. has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance for the University of Houston.  He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
